You must complete a statutory declaration called a "Certificate de coutume". This can be obtained by the local Irish Diplomatic or Consular Mission in Ireland prior to your arrival in Turkey. You must complete a MP2A form and have it signed by an authorised signature. 


You will need to present these documents to the Irish Consulate in Ankara. This can be arranged for you with your travel arrangements at your request.
